About Nina Tracy, LMFT
Welcome! I'm Nina Tracy, owner of Peninsula Psychotherapy.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting families and individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My core philosophy is to honor where you are in your journey by offering understanding and support in navigating your story. I understand that every person and family is unique, so if a particular approach doesn't resonate, I'm committed to collaborating with you to find methods that align with your needs and goals. I deeply value diversity and believe that every individual deserves the freedom and support to live their lives authentically.
When I'm not working, I love spending time exploring new places with my three kids and husband. I also try and find time to play tennis, it is one of my favorite forms of self care!
